TERMS OF USE
Last updated: September 19, 2026
Website Use
By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or abusive requests, or misuse any website feature.
Hauling Quote Requests
Submitting a hauling quote request does not create a transportation contract, guarantee availability, reserve equipment, or establish a final rate. Any hauling service is subject to DQS Transport's review, availability, operating requirements, and separate confirmation of the load, rate, schedule, and applicable terms.
Merchandise Orders
Merchandise prices and availability may change. Orders are subject to successful payment and acceptance. We may cancel or refund an order when an item is unavailable, a listing or pricing error occurs, fraud is suspected, or fulfillment is otherwise not reasonably possible.
Product Appearance
Colors, print placement, and product appearance can vary slightly from images due to screens, production runs, garment sizing, and printing or embroidery processes.
Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Your use of Stripe checkout is also subject to Stripe's applicable terms and policies.
Returns
Merchandise returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Intellectual Property
DQS Transport names, logos, artwork, photographs, graphics, site design, and other original content are owned by or licensed to DQS Transport LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, or used commercially without permission.
Third-Party Services & Links
This website may rely on or link to third-party services such as Stripe and FormSubmit. DQS Transport is not responsible for the availability, security, or independent policies of third-party websites and services.
Disclaimer & Limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, DQS Transport is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Governing Law
These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
